Aisha Nashap the Jewellery co-ordinator is training a team of women to keep producing good designs to a high standard of quality.
The altimate aim is to let the workers manage them selves, ie. to save money for beads and materials, some money to help with living costs and to continue producing high quality.
For the moment, however, Karamoja Design is concerntrating on creating a little extra income for those Karamojong who are very poor.
Many of the workers have been found in the ghettos in Kampala.
